My location is not working

Fix a missing or inaccurate location in Daabbo, step by step.

  1. Turn on Location Services in your phone's Settings.
  2. Allow Daabbo to use location (Settings, then Daabbo, then Location). On iPhone, turn on Precise Location.
  3. Check you are not in airplane mode, and that data or Wi-Fi is on.
  4. Move outside or near a window. GPS struggles inside buildings and between tall structures.
  5. Restart the app, and your phone if it still fails.
